The Bliss Philosophy Kegel Ergonomic 6 Piece Kit is made of FDA approved medical grade silicone to aid in the development of pelvic floor muscles for females by way of exercise.

Kegel exercises are designed to strengthen the pelvic floor which is a group of muscles in the pelvic area. This, in turn, provides support for the uterus, small intestine, bladder, and rectum.
